Join us as our new Executive Assistant in Consumer Biosolutions

The EA works closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) Anders Lund for our Consumer Biosolutions division on all relevant tasks ranging from day-to-day support such as preparing presentations, arranging meetings, and to supporting development of the Consumer Biosolutions strategy and implementation.

You will work as trusted advisor to the EVP and with topics that are cross functional in nature and have stakeholders across Novozymes. Furthermore, will you be part of the Consumer Biosolutions Leadership Team (CBLT) and the role comes with significant responsibility, empowerment, and interactions with management at all levels and has a high strategic and operational impact across Novozymes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing internal and external material for the EVP.
• Driving the yearly cycles for the division.
• Preparing and coordinating meetings for the Leadership Team, designing, and driving the meeting.
• agendas, and follow up and execute on cross functional actions from various meetings.
• A significant part of the role includes project management and participation in cross-functional
• projects. It is necessary to work proactively with many different functions

To succeed you must hold:

• A business degree (BSc or MSc) or a technical education (BSc or MSc).
• Have +3 years of experience where you have proven your strong business acumen.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level and grasp complex dilemmas quickly.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to present and communicate data effectively.
• Good networking skills and the ability to navigate stakeholders internal and external.
• Have excellent skills in Microsoft Offices tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, have great
• communication and written skills and is well organized.
• Be fluent in English (spoken and written). Danish is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.

In this role you’ll make an impact by being part of a broad range of strategic projects and ongoing support to
the EVP, and the position is placed at a manager level.

This job will be located in Bagsværd and Lyngby.
