In this role you will make a significant impact by ensuring the supply of OneHealth products for the European/ROW market on time, in full, and at the right quality. You will manage and develop the OneHealth EU/ROW Supply & CMO team, spanning across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service while ensuring alignment with the global OneHealth supply chain operating model and supporting continuous improvement of business processes.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

Securing the supply of OneHealth products for the EU/ROW market through oversight of planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. You will support the European OneHealth Supply & CMO team in overcoming dilemmas and obstacles as presented by daily business. You will also lead, manage, and develop the European OneHealth Supply & CMO team by providing subject matter input where required, supporting the S&OP process, and ensuring S&OP actions for the OneHealth EU/ROW regional supply chain get implemented.

To succeed you must hold:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or a related field

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG, Food or life sciences industry
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team
• Experience in managing contract manufacturing organizations is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics BC  or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Experience with quality management systems, preferably in the dietary supplement, food or pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent in English
