The position:

We are currently looking for a new Head of Sales Excellence for EMEA – the biggest sales region for Nilfisk. The mission of the role is to drive commercial excellence in close collaboration with colleagues across functions and regions. Based in the HQ of Nilfisk in Copenhagen, you will be leading the EMEA Sales Exellence team of 8 people located across Europe. In addition, you will be the global team lead for the global Commercial Excellence & Pricing community incl. APAC and Americas. 

The role is a key position in Nilfisk with broad exposure across the organization incl. CEO and executive leadership team and offers great opportunities to learn and further develop.

Main key responsibilities;

  • Manage Sales Excellence activities across EMEA
  • Drive Sales Acceleration through SalesForce
  • Training of commercial front line specialists
  • Create a Commercial Planning cycle
  • Initiate Dealer Excellence toolbox
  • Create Pricing Excellence programs

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 5-8  years of experience in a Commercial Excellence from a larger international corporation, or from 4 years of experience as a Consultant / Project Manager from a management consulting firm or alternatively many years of solid sales experience. It is important to have SalesForce experience, ideally having participated in an international SalesForce implementation.

On a more personal level, you are structured and analytical. You have a personal drive and you are a natural problem solver. You are excellent at stakeholder management, both across functions and cultures. You are able to navigate in an international environment and distinguish global from local requirements.
