Shortlist Talent Acquisition are recruiting a Global IT director based in Denmark. Are you a hands on leader who likes to get into the problem solving with the team, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.  We are currently looking for an Infrastructure and Support leader who can help setup and drive the organizations strategy of centralization.  The right candidate will help identify gaps in resources and help build out the support team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Infrastructure and Networking of the Global organization – partnering with key resources globally to ensure consistent availability
• Partner with our VPs of Development to ensure the Product Development teams have the support they need to succeed
• Build and Manage a follow the sun support team – with offices in Denmark, Sweden, US, Australia, Russia, Germany and Armenia this will be a key goal over the first 6 months
• Consolidate and Identify a single phone system or Teams implementation to ensure the follow the sun support is met with a voice
• Manage and help expand on the Implementation of our middleware solution we are currently implementing
• Manage and Maintain the Microsoft Licenses and consolidate tenants where applicable
• Build a lean Org that can be agile and willing to move quickly and unafraid to fail

Must have 5-7 years of experience running and building lean teams

Previous experience with either digital or cloud migrations a plus
