The Role

From the first day, you will be given the responsibility of the two teams that make up our Customer Relations department: Support & Implementation. Both teams have their own team lead, referring to you. Both teams are self-driven and dedicated to their jobs and our common goals, meaning you won’t have to micromanage. Instead, you can keep focus on what’s important

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Optimize our processes to ensure that they are scalable as we continue to grow
  • Define how we measure success in both teams
  • Align our goals with the daily work to meet the overall budgets
  • Support and motivate the teams

We don’t expect you to be a product expert, rather a proactive leader who sees the bigger picture and knows how to get us to where we want to be. Having team management experience is crucial in this role, as you will have full responsibility for the two teams. You will be a part of Emply’s management team and together you will set the scene for our European growth journey.

What you need to succeed

Being the new Head of Customer Relations, you don’t need a certain education. We know that education is not always equal to experience, but we do expect that you have been in a similar role before. 

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience with scaling to an international market
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience from a SaaS company (not necessarily in this type of role)
  • High level of both Danish and English
