In the Commercial Steering Team we are looking for an enthusiastic, analytically minded and commercially savvy manager to support us in our work to maximize the value of Nuuday’s brands and its customers.


Nuuday (formerly TDC) is Denmark’s largest telecommunications service provider with nine wellknown brands, such as YouSee, Telmore, youTV and Hiper. Our offerings range from TV packages, phone subscriptions, and internet to various additional entertainment and digital services, e.g. our own TV channel Xee, TV productions (e.g. Sunday, Julie og Jesper) or advanced cloud/IoT solutions. Description of the job:

You will become part of a team that is dedicated to managing customer value, increasing growth and driving business impact for Nuuday. In our team we are setting the commercial direction for our brands. Given our customer-oriented mindset and that pricing is the number one driver of profitability, many of our projects center around pricing and value management.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses with the aim of increasing commercial insight and enabling factbased decision-making.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to our brands and provide them with constructive feedback (like an in-house consultant).
  • Develop and facilitate problem-solving workshops across brands and departments.
  • Create and present decision-making material with a clear and well-reasoned storyline.

Who we are looking for?

Your skills and qualifications (ideal candidate):

  • A relevant education on Master level (management, finance, economics, econometrics, etc.).
  • A couple of years of experience working as a consultant, or working with strategy, pricing, commercial management, finance or business development. It is a great plus if you have worked in telecommunications or another subscription business before, but not a requirement
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and think strategically.
  • Well-developed qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, ideally with experience in business case modelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving toolbox.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Profound time and project management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Curious by nature and able to quickly gain new knowledge.
  • Humble team player with a positive and proactive drive.
