You will be an instrumental part of a large regional marketing team (Europe & Pacific) and help us in our journey to become a stronger ‘performance driven team’.

Your new team

You will be part of the Europe & Pacific Marketing Team, interacting daily face to face with colleagues in our regional and global marketing organisation who are based at our HQ.  Additionally you will support our local field marketing teams who are based across the globe in 25 markets.  We offer a friendly, dynamic, motivating and  engaging work environment where your ideas and improvement suggestions are positively encouraged  as we continue our transformation journey.

Enable high impact marketing performance

As our new colleague you will be working closely with key stakeholders across our region, across different organizational levels as well as on a global level.

As part of your mission you will be responsible for strengthening our commercial impact throughout the region with data, insights, tools and advisory.

Key areas of responsibility are:

  • Drive marketing performance cadence in Europe & Pacific together with the regional leadership team. This includes preparing and facilitating monthly marketing performance review sessions, specific campaign knowledge sharing sessions and ad-hoc analyses. You will also be reporting on marketing performance and ROMI directly to top-management and global CMO.
  • Maintaining and developing our performance dashboards and marketing data structure. This includes ensuring effective cooperation with key stakeholder such as platform owners of Google Analytics, SalesForce, Pardot and ERP
  • Enable colleagues to set-up tracking for local marketing activities across the platforms. This includes planning and facilitation of training sessions and individual support
  • Equip and train colleagues to perform analyses of marketing campaign results

You will be based in the HQ of Nilfisk located in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen). We have the office as our main place of work but working from home is of course a flexibility we offer which many colleagues appreciate.

Who are you?

We imagine you have 2-5 years of experience from marketing performance management and/or data analytics with direct experience from tools such as PowerBI, SalesForce, Google Analytics, SuperMetrics and SQL or alike. You have a pragmatic and supportive approach, and you are comfortable working independently. In addition, you have great willingness to learn and develop your own data skills as we care for our employees development and great skills in communication and enjoys facilitating training sessions.
