Supply Planner
As Supply Planner you will be an important link between Local Business and the Supply Hub, ensuring On-Time-In-Full deliveries to reach sales targets as well as optimizing inventory levels to reach working capital targets.
In this role you will…
- Report out-of-stock situations and upcoming risks to Local Business in a proactive manner; perform root-cause analysis and drive mitigation plans together with the Supply Hub ensuring the right level of attention in Supply Chain Issue Management (SCIM) forums
- Maintain good professional relationships with the Supply Hub and key internal stakeholders
- Closely collaborate with Quality Teams by providing timely priorities for batch releases, tracking the affected batches in case of recalls, and providing necessary support in other Quality-driven activities
- Monitor and action any issues that happen with in- and outbound distribution flows going through the WH&D partner, in collaboration with the WH&D manager
- Review country-specific slow-movers and obsoletes (SLOBS) on a weekly basis, staying in close dialogue with the Supply Hub and Local Business concerning root-causes and any potential actions to reduce SLOB value
- Review country-specific provisions monthly, conducting root-cause analysis and any relevant actions with WH&D partner (e.g. creating RECAP tickets)
- Liaise with other CSC sub-functions and facilitate CCC cycle by providing all necessary information, as well as driving mitigation actions with Local Business
- Facilitating new product launches (NPIs) by attending relevant NPI meetings, providing accurate information, timely completing NPI steps and keeping relevant trackers updated.
- Liaise with cross-functional team (Regulatory, Quality, Artworks) to ensure all requirements are coordinated, deadlines respected for any pack introductions/changes
- Maintain Product Master Data and Product Lifecycle to be up to date at any point of time; proactively review planning parameters (e.g. Safety stock, Minimum order quantity, Manufacturing frequency) and come with agility improvement proposals to the Supply Hub
- Stay SOX-compliant, as well as perform necessary controls in accordance with the local working instructions. It is the accountability of Inventory Supply Planner to familiarize him/herself with the ways of working for SOX controls and reach out to Area Inventory Lead (or SOX responsible), if in doubt or in need of the training.
- In the spirit of continuous improvement, explore, validate, and adopt new practices/toolsets (e.g. Power BI) developed by central and/or local teams to make the analysis for decision-making more efficient2
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
- Academic Degree in relevant subject (e.g. Supply Chain or Operations Management)
- SAP/APO experience
- Fluent in English language, any Nordic language is an advantage
- High-level Excel skills
Preferred:
- Previous Supply Planning, Inventory Planning or Supply Chain experience
- Danish language
- Experience in creating PowerBI tools
