Join us as our new Supply Planner OneHealth

In this role, you will be responsible for the supply of finished products for our rapidly growing human health business. You will plan the supply of several sales regions, aligning supply and capacity plans with demand through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Whilst managing ongoing operations, you work on adapting and improving our planning process based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Using your deep understanding of the purchase-to-pay process, you continually work on increasing the performance of our inbound supply chain. Striving for a demand-driven, responsive and digitized end-to-end supply chain motivates and energizes you. The impact of your work will be visible to our customers and stakeholders through minimal lead times and excellent service levels.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Planning OneHealth finished product supply, in close collaboration with demand planners
• Continuously improving the planning and S&OP process
• Reporting supply chain KPIs

To succeed you must hold:

• At least 3-5 years of experience within Supply Planning in the FMCG, Food or Food supplement industries
• Experience with digitally enabled supply chains
• A relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level, for example Supply Chain Management or Business studies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel approximately 20 days per year
