To support the growth of ICEpower, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager, as our last two Office Managers ended up taking up other positions at ICEpower.

The modern Office Manager is, on one hand, able to support the office with packaging & parcels, office supplies, travel & guests arrangement, and handling of external service suppliers, and has a flair for creating a nice environment and a great attitude.

On the other hand, the modern Office Manager can work with all kinds of communicative tasks on the PC.

The Role

• Responsible for external service providers
• Responsible for handling meetings, guests, transportation, accommodation etc.
• Responsible for keys, codes etc.
• Office supplies & stationery
• Assistance with / to new employees
• Receptions, internal / external arrangements, parties
• Tasks conc. staff handbook, organization & employee
• Support tasks for Intranet & Extranet
• Office machinery (printers, coffee, dish washers etc.)
• Tidiness
• Shaping the Office
• Daily go-to person for a little more than 100 employees and daily visitors
